What Shipping Methods Are Available?
We offer free shipping on all orders and these will be sent through one of your courier partners, DHL, UPS, etc.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
We aim to ship your order within 1-3 working days. Typically you should recieve your order within 3-5 working days for UK and 5-10 working days for EU but please keep in mind that delays may happen.
What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
We do accept PayPal, all major debit and credit cards and direct bank transfers.
Is Buying On-Line Safe?
Yes, our website is protected by 2 firewalls so all your details are safe. As it comes to payment, direct bank transfers are made either in branch or on your online banking account so agian it is safe. Debit and credit card payments are made through PayPal so these are protected as well.
How do I place an Order?
Simply browse through our shop, select product(s) you require and add it to the cart. When you finish shopping selection, go to your cart, click “Proceed to Checkout”, enter your details, select your payment method and finally click “Place Order”. That’s it!

Nope, but we strongly recommend you to create one. It will allow you to take advantage on our exlusive offers and discounts.

How Can I Cancel My Order?
If you wish to cancel your order then please let us know as soon as possible of placing it. It will allow us to avoid shipping you order and full refund will be given. In the event you’d change your mind after the order was already dispatched please follow our returns procedure.
How Do I Track My Order?
For all shipments we will provide you with the tracking number and the name of the company we use. Then you will be able to track your order online via courier’s website.
How Can I Return a Product?
If you wish to return your product you must do so within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Please contact us as soon as possible to avoid missing the deadline and disappointment. You must quote your order number and we will advise the return address and procedure. We will only offer a refund or replacement as long as goods are sent back in their original condition, are unused and unopened in their original packaging. All returns are made at customer expense and EU customers please note that the products will have to be returned to one of our warehouses either in UK or Germany. Customers located in USA will have to return the goods at their own expense to one of our warehouses in East or West Coast, unless you wish to purchase goods only available in Europe then you would have to return it to one of our European warehouses. In the unlikely event where products would come damaged we will offer full refund or exchange provided that the product is returned to us unused and in its original packaging. Once the led grow light has been used or hydroponic systems assembled we can no longer offer return.
